DSharp+ Rewrite

A C# API for Discord based off DiscordSharp, but rewritten to fit the API standards

Use the lib:

1. Add https://www.myget.org/F/dsharpplus/api/v3/index.json to your nuget package sources (help)
2. Select the package source you added in step 1 Nuget packages will be updated soon. Please be patient.
